Visits to National Museum and National Museum of Modern Art can be chaotic depending on exhibition, except for the permanent exhibitions. If it is popular one, expect to wait about 30 min to 80 min to get in. Bring a lot of water and sun screen during the summer.

How to get there: JR Ueno Station
Hours: 9:30 am - 5:00 pm is when all three museums are open. All museums in the park have different hours and extended hours. Please inquire the hours of museums you are planning to visit.
